We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Be unworn and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include a receipt or other proof of purchase.
• Include a complete, unedited video of the package and item, without any cuts or edits.

Please do not send your item back before your return request has been approved. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the applicable return shipping label and instructions for where and how to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at theallzariyah@gmail.com and provide details of the issue, along with any requested photos or videos.

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and other applicable reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.
• Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products.
• Personal care and beauty products.
• Hazardous materials.
• Flammable liquids or gases.
• Sale items.
• Gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We currently recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the item you would like instead.

Once your return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
